De plus, cela \u00e9vite l&#8217;existence de concentrations \u00e9lev\u00e9es de CO<sub>2<\/sub>, les imbr\u00fblures, ainsi que d&#8217;\u00e9ventuels dommages structurels au r\u00e9fractaire du four.<\/p><p>Une bonne r\u00e9gulation du rapport air\/combustible et son \u00e9quilibre avec la pression interne du four peuvent r\u00e9duire le %O2 dans des plages de 1 \u00e0 2 %, ce qui implique des \u00e9conomies de combustible standard de 3 \u00e0 4 %.<\/p><p>D\u2019autre part, la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9missions de CO<sub>2<\/sub> produite d\u00e9pend, entre autres facteurs, de l\u2019exc\u00e8s d\u2019air introduit dans le processus de combustion. On estime que pour chaque r\u00e9duction de 1 % du flux de gaz imbr\u00fbl\u00e9s \u00e0 travers le four, la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO<sub>2<\/sub> provenant de la combustion sera d&#8217;environ 2 \u00e0 3 %.
