OXCEMS® ANALYZERS

IN SITU AND CONTINUOUS CHIMNEY EMISSION GASES ANALYZERS

OXCEMS® gas analyzers continuously measure the emission gases inside any emitting source or chimney: O2%, CO2%, CO (ppm or mg/m3), NOx (ppm or mg/m3), SO2 (ppm or mg/m3), CH4 (ppm or mg/m3), particles, flow rate, velocity. All measurements are direct.

OXYCOMB has two ranges of emissions analyzers:

OXPAR® are analyzers with triboelectric technology. Its implementation requires the introduction of the sampling lance, integrated with the analyzer, into the gas stream.

OXCEMS® analyzers can be installed both indoors and outdoors and in a horizontal or vertical position, depending on the specifications of each application (temperature, direction of gas flow, etc.).

We have a wide range of supports and protective barriers for mounting equipment. The retransmission of the signals is carried out through shielded hoses and low impedance connectors so that the existence of electrical noise does not affect the measurements.

OXCEMS® analyzers are resistant to mechanical and thermal shock, being manufactured with top quality materials. These equipment require low maintenance, only recommending annual cleaning and certification. All equipment is delivered with its corresponding quality certificate.

OXCEMS® are EXTRACTIVE electrochemical cell or NDIR analyzers with a working temperature range between 50ºC and 500ºC. Its implementation requires the introduction of the sampling lance, integrated with the analyzer, into the gas stream and a signal conditioning box for drying the sample.
